You Will Learn How to Identify, Correct and Self-Treat your own Trigger Points Specific to pain area. You will learn more about your pain and how to address it. You will learn to be an active participant in control of your myofascial Trigger Point Pain and Prevent Pain from developing.
In each 3 hour workshop you will learn and practice manual Trigger Point de-activating techniques, stretches and how to use self help tools to assist in de-activating Trigger Points. You will receive course materials to reference after the workshops for review and continual learning.

Workshops consist of:

#1 Perpetuating Factors that cause and affect your Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction. How to Self Treat Upper Body Head, Neck and Shoulder Pain.

#2 How to Self Treat Lower Body, Back, and Hip Trigger Point Pain. How to identify and Self Treat Morton’s Foot and Leg Pain.

Workshops are: 6:00-9:00 PM
