The following contain my thoughts from over forty-eight years of hunting and countless hours in a tree stand. To whomever reads this, I hope you see yourself in some or many of these stories. Perhaps a laugh or two will be had. God speaks to you while in a tree stand. I have never heard him anywhere else.

May your shots be true and the blood trail short. My prayer for you is that you love your family, be true to your word, and try to find peace in this short life.
