Join The Forget Me Not Fund in raising funds to provide support and education for families impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia! Tickets are only $25 and include dinner, ticket into raffle, 2 draft beers and music by the Dave Steffen Band! Great prizes for Bucket raffles, 50/50, and GRAND PRIZE! Brats provided by Maplewood Meats. The Forget Me Not Fund is a major contributor to the local Wisconsin Chapter of the Alzheimer Association. HELP US IN THE BATTLE TO END ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE!
