The Chamber would like to thank the following members who serve on our Board of Directors:

Ginny O'Harrow
President

Ginny began a medical imaging career at CMH, now HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital, in 2002. As her family grew, she transitioned into her role managing their third generation family farm alongside her husband, Joel. She enjoys being involved in the community by: working election polls for the Town of Oconto Falls, serving on the Oconto Falls School District Board of Education, and serving on the board for HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital.

Ashley Bahrke
Vice President

Ashley is employed by O’Harrow’s Family Farm as an administrative assistant and procurement specialist. She is an active volunteer in the Oconto Falls community through involvement in the Oconto Falls Lioness Club, Community Garden, and various other groups. She also serves on the Oconto Falls City Council. Ashley has two children and enjoys reading, thrifting, and spending time with family and friends.

Rebekah Ferry
Treasurer

Rebekah works in Student Affairs at NWTC Oconto Falls. Her background is in human services and she is an active volunteer in the Oconto Falls area. Rebekah is passionate about serving her community, with an emphasis on vulnerable populations. She believes community collaboration is the key to community success. Rebekah and her family currently reside in Lena. They enjoy camping, traveling, various outdoor sports, and spending time with friends.

Christine Grzelak
Secretary

Christine has a background in social work and works in leadership with Humana. She is passionate about furthering the connection between businesses and community members and promoting growth and tourism. Christine enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children pursue their interests, traveling, camping, reading, and the outdoors. Christine volunteers with the Trick or Treat Trail, the Park and Recreation Committee, the Main Street Committee, and Leadership Oconto County. Christine resides with her family in Oconto Falls.

Scott Hinnendael
Director

Scott is a telecom professional with more than 25 years of experience serving businesses and communities across Northeast Wisconsin. A proud graduate of the Leadership Oconto County Class of 2024, he is passionate about strengthening local connections, supporting small businesses, and creating opportunities for growth in rural communities. Scott is the founder of NorthWoods Wireless LLC in Suring and lives in Suamico with his wife, Catherine, and their son, Jameson. He enjoys contributing to projects that uplift the people and places of Oconto County.

Steve Linssen
Director

Steve is a 1998 graduate and current principal of Oconto Falls High School. Over the last two decades, Steve has served in roles ranging from school administrator, teacher, advisor, mentor, and coach. This broad perspective drives his core mission: leading with purpose and a deep commitment to ensuring every student reaches their full potential. On a personal note, Steve and his wife, Gina (an OFHS graduate herself), have been married for over 20 years and reside in Abrams with their son, Adrian. When not at school or traveling for Adrian’s hockey, Steve cherishes spending time hunting and fishing with his family.

Nicole Stapleton
Director

Nicole is the Director of Clinic Services for HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Health Centers, with 25 years of experience in outpatient services, primarily rural health. She is known for her servant style leadership, being a change agent, and her ability to connect with others. Throughout her career she has successfully led five rural health centers across Oconto County. Nicole earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree with an emphasis in leadership healthcare systems from Grand Canyon University, holds a certification in Rural Health, and is an active member of the National Association of Rural Health Clinics.
